Each morning I like to pull the MLS hot sheets, look over new listings and acquaint myself with my market. That’s what we do right? Well, another thing that is fun for me is to think of a certain niche and then research it. Living and working in Orange Beach, the biggest and most sought out type of real estate is of course waterfront. So today, I am highlighting the highest and lowest priced waterfront homes in Orange Beach currently for sale.
Now, if you search waterfront you will find many homes that are merely located within waterfront neighborhoods. To me, this is not waterfront. I hate when I do a waterfront search and all of these listings come up. Because I then have to sift through to determine what is or is not actually true waterfront. Annoying. C’mon Agents! We can do better. If it’s not true WATEFRONT, stop marking it as such in MLS please.
You will also find many homes that are one canals. Yes. These ARE waterfront. Many have boat slips and docks and access to bigger water. Currently you will find many homes on canals listed for sale in Orange Beach starting in the $400k range.
